Listbrook

Report content (takedown requests)

Listbrook helps sellers create eBay listings from supplier product links. Sellers are responsible for the photos and text they publish, and they must confirm they have the right to use them before a listing can go live. If you own material that appears in a listing made with Listbrook and you did not authorize it, tell us and we will review your report.

How Listbrook handles content

  • Listbrook adds a supplier's photos to a new listing draft for the seller to review. Nothing is published until the seller confirms they own or have permission to use every image and all the text in the listing.
  • Before a listing is published or updated, the seller must confirm they own, or have permission to use, every image and all the text in it. We record that confirmation.
  • Listing titles and descriptions are drafted as new text from product facts, with supplier names and catalog codes removed, and the seller edits them before publishing.

What we do when you report a listing

  • We confirm we received your report by email.
  • We review it. If the listing was made with Listbrook and the claim is credible, we end the listing on eBay if it is live, remove its photos and description, and stop it from being published again. We also tell the seller.
  • We tell you what we decided. If we cannot find the listing or need more detail, we write to you at the address you give.

Send a report

Use the form, which asks for your contact details, where the material appears (an eBay item number or link), what you own and where the original is, and a signed good-faith statement.

You can also email listbrook.app@gmail.com with the same details. Listings are published on eBay under the seller's own eBay account, so you can also report a listing to eBay directly through its own tools.
