Prices are in US dollars. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no card needed, limited to 10 products, 100 supplier checks and one Seller Scout lookup. Each eBay account can use the free trial once. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Pricing questions
When will I be charged?
Not during the 7-day free trial (10 products, 100 supplier checks, one Seller Scout lookup), and no card is needed to start it. After that, you choose a plan and are charged monthly until you cancel. You can change or cancel from your Billing page, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
What happens if I don't pick a plan, or a payment fails?
You get 7 days in which importing, publishing and AI drafting are paused but your live listings keep being monitored. After that, monitoring is paused until you have an active plan. Your listings on eBay are never ended or changed because of billing.
What counts as a variation check?
Each size, color or pack you list on eBay is a variation, and a product with no options counts as one. Every time we look up a variation’s price and stock at the supplier, that is one check.
Is there a daily limit?
No. Your plan is one monthly number of variation checks, and you can use it at whatever pace suits you, even all in one day. It renews each month.
How often are my variations checked?
Every 24 hours by default. You can choose every three days or weekly for a listing, which uses fewer checks, so your monthly number goes further.
Do the plans include eBay's fees?
No. eBay's selling fees are between you and eBay. Listbrook's plans cover the software only.
Can I connect more than one eBay account?
Yes. Starter connects two eBay accounts, Growth three and Business five.
