Yes. You can attach a supplier link to a listing you already have on eBay. Listbrook then manages its stock (and its price, only if you choose that). Its title, photos and description stay yours and are never changed by monitoring.
Each listing is checked on the schedule you pick: every day, every 3 days or every week. When the supplier clearly says an option is in stock or out of stock, Listbrook updates the quantity on eBay, and it can restore the quantity when stock returns. You can set a minimum supplier stock and a maximum eBay quantity. If a check fails, is blocked or is unclear, nothing changes on eBay.
Only if you turn it on for a listing. Price following is optional, and large supplier price moves are held for your review instead of being applied. You can also change prices in bulk: you see a preview first and apply it yourself.
Yes. You review and change the title, description, category, item specifics, photos, variations and prices first. Nothing is published until you confirm it.
No. You buy from your suppliers yourself. Listbrook records the supplier order number, date, cost and tracking you enter, and gives you a buy list of what is still to order.
From what the buyer paid, less sales tax that eBay collects, refunds, eBay's fees (including Promoted Listings fees) and your supplier cost. The supplier cost is one you entered for the order or your usual cost for the item, and the two are shown apart. If no cost is known, the order is left out of profit: a missing cost is never counted as zero.
Yes. Listbrook reads a supplier product's variations (sizes, colors and other options), maps them to your eBay listing, and tracks stock, price and photos for each variation.

No. You write and send every reply yourself, after confirming it. There is one optional extra, switched off until you turn it on: a short acknowledgement to customers who write to you. It never goes to eBay's own messages, high-priority messages or cases, and it does not replace your own reply.
Your eBay quantity is left as it was. The failed check is recorded, the listing is flagged on the Stock Health page once checks keep failing, and you can retry the check, see the reason and get an alert.
Seller Scout lets you look up another eBay seller and see their active listings with eBay's own sold counts, so you can find products worth investigating. You can watch up to 5 sellers daily, see products several sellers carry, and add a product to your store through the normal import. It is included in the Growth and Business plans, is a $25 a month add-on to Starter, and the free trial includes one seller lookup so you can try it. Sold counts show what sold for that seller; they are not a prediction of what you will sell.
